Every Canadian workplace with 20+ workers is legally required to have a Joint Health and Safety Committee. But most JHSC members have never been properly trained on their rights and duties under the law.

This course covers everything a JHSC member needs to know — meetings, workplace inspections, incident investigation, the right to refuse unsafe work, how to write recommendations that get results, and what to do when management ignores them.
